Model: Pathway 855

Facility: Light Microscopy Imaging Center

Function: The Pathway 855 is a versatile system for high-content imaging of live or fixed samples. It can handle specimen formats from single slides to multiwell plates. It can automatically image multiple sites per slide or well and every well of a multiwell plate.

Features:

- Confocal fluorescence, widefield fluorescence, brightfield.- X-cite lamps to provide full spectrum illumination (340nm-700nm).- Hamamatsu Orca ER cooled CCD camera. - Handles slides to multiwell plates.- Laser and image based autofocus.- Environmental control. - Liquid handling.- Robotics to handle loading/changing of multiwell plates.- BD Pathway imaging software and BD AttoVision Software for image processing and analysis.
